Last summer, I worked as Product Management intern primarily on the Discovery+ app. I grew the ‘My List’ north-star metric with ‘Labs’ team by leading a re-design of the UI with a Senior PM, utilizing CX data. I automated CX data ingestion, now nine times faster, by ideating and building an ML-based CX data sentiment analysis tool. I also proposed twelve recommendations to reduce CX volume to four Senior PMs using Adobe Analytics and internal CX data tools to support my pitch.
I will be returning full time to WBD in the summer of 2023 as an Associate Product Manager part of WBD's first APM cohort. We are helping WBD build out the program - it will likely be a one year rotational program placing us into three teams each, with programming for continued professional and technical education.
